Formed in the Bay Area in the early 1990’s, the Cole Tate Band continues to perform and record for an enduring fan base. Most widely known for their song “Mary Jane Blues(The Outlaw Life), which became an anthem throughout California, assisting the medical marijuana cause and the passage of Prop. 215. The song would also lead to two European CD releases and three European tours. The band has headlined scores of venues across the Bay including a year long residency at the famous North Beach blues club The Saloon.

In 2014 the band added the distinctive, soulful, vocal talents of Mikaële Dawn Tate, and she will be a real highlight in this rare acoustic performance. Cole and Mikaële harmonize beautifully and effortlessly and can both deliver a lead vocal with confidence and passion. Expect great, original love songs as well as an inspired take on some classic tunes.
